Apparently, most people have the attention span of three month old puppies. For them infatuations last about as long as the modern marriage. Ha ha. Some of us are geeks though. We carry torches for some of our loves for years. Decades even. Real life is always a popular topic but as my life is depressing, I don't enjoy discussing it. I never hop onto bandwagons. Excessive hype and overpopularity destroy my attraction to things everyone else chatters about. Thus I find myself with little to talk about with anyone because most of my friends have moved on to the next shiny object. Caw! So what are your greatest passions? Like everyone else, my interests change over time. There are things I've liked for ages but my love for them has faded. There are other things I've lost interest in all together. For example, I still enjoy horse racing but I don't watch it as religiously as I used to. Presently, I'm totally into China and kung fu movies. Will this passion last? Maybe. Only time will tell.
